Light, Land
& Everything Between
Sixteen years photographing Oman's coast, forts and everyday life — for magazines, brands and collectors.

About the work
I'm Jaison Chacko, a photographer based in Muscat. For more than sixteen years I've been photographing this part of the world — the Hajar mountains, the Gulf coast, the souqs and the festivals — mostly at the two ends of the day when the light is worth getting up for.
The work runs from quiet long exposures to camel races and National Day fireworks. I shoot commissioned assignments, sell prints, and licence images from the archive. If you've seen something here that fits what you need, the fastest route is the form at the bottom of this page.
